Registrations for the Giving Back Event on April 6th Are Now Closed!
A huge thank you to everyone who registered—we can’t wait to host you! Here are some important details to help you prepare for the event.
★ Reporting time 5:30 am on April 6, 2025. Those who have not collected the bibs earlier can start collecting the bibs from 5:45am to 6:15am..
★ Flag Off time 6:30 am for Solo Runners
Runners from Team Duathlon start after their cycling partners arrive.
6:45am onwards Riders in solo Duathlon Female, Duathlon Male, ITT Female and ITT Male will be flagged off with 30 sec intervals in that order.

Registration & Event Guidelines
✔️ Before the event: Complete your indemnity form.
✔️ On event day:
– Head to the Registration Desk to confirm attendance.
– Collect your bib (all participants) and bib stickers (for individual duathlon participants).
– After completing your event, return the bib at the desk—let’s be eco-friendly!
– Collect your medal ! Yes, you read it right. You came to support a wonderful cause, got to the start line and kept your commitment – this is a small token of appreciation from Giving Back!
* Giving Back Jersey Order Form will be available – so order the jersey/tee and flaunt it on your next ride!
★ Facilities
– Bathroom facilities are not available at the Start Point – we will share a list of places close to the venue where the bathroom facilities can be availed.
– For Women , a changing tent will be available.

★ 🚴♂️ Cycling Participants – Important Notes
– Start Line Support – Velo Studio, our cycling partner, will be on-site for last-minute fixes.
– Bring a fully functional bike! Support is for minor adjustments only.
– U-Turn Point – Look for the Giving Back Banner and volunteers.
– No on-course support – Carry essentials like spare tubes, hydration, etc.
★ 🏃♀️ Running Participants – Important Notes
* Please note that the run route goes through various sections of a village. The villagers are friendly and children will cheer – please be patient with their support.
* Markings will be done on the road – so at junctions , watch out for them. We want you back at the start line, so leave trail running detours for another day 🙂
* Loop Distance: 2.96km – Complete loops as per your run format.
* Our Beverage partner Wello Tree will provide hydration along the way, so hydrate !
★ 🔄 Duathlon Participants – Important Notes
– Bib Numbers will be on the Bike Racks – Find your spot.
– Sticker your transition bag & place it near your bike.
– In case you are unable to find your spot, volunteers will be there – please reach out to them.
– Dismount Rule : Stop & walk your bike to the rack—failure to do so = disqualification ! Look for “DISMOUNT HERE” banners.
★ Volunteers
* Volunteers will be available at various sections. They will all be wearing Giving Back Tees, so you can identify them easily.
